General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity that owns the vx8 platform and the user ("Member"). By accessing or using the vx8 website, mobile application or any associated service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict with a translation or version published in another language, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

vx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Membership and Account Registration

To open an account on vx8, you must complete the registration process. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, vx8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and, where applicable, forfeit any funds held in them.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Passwords or OTPs must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the vx8 support team immediately.

• Providing a valid mobile number and email address at registration is mandatory.
• Every member is responsible for cooperating with the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Transferring or selling account ownership is strictly prohibited.
• Gambling on behalf of another person or using a third party's funds is not permitted.

Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to use any vx8 service is 21 years. Persons under age are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

vx8 services are primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. Users who access the platform from a region where online gaming is legally prohibited do so at their own risk. vx8 places full responsibility on the user to comply with local laws.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Financial transactions on vx8 are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• For suspicious transactions, vx8 may request additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A successful withdrawal generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request is processed.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn if the applicable bonus conditions have not been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members on vx8 are eligible for a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. Bonuses always come with wagering requirements — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• A bonus applies to one account only and may be claimed once.
• If a bonus is declined, the associated conditions are also cancelled.
• vx8 reserves the right to restrict bonus use to specific games or bet types.
• No bonus may be treated as a direct cash equivalent.

5.2 VIP Membership Benefits

Regular members can advance through five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback is paid at each tier, calculated at a set rate based on the net loss for that week.

For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

Betting Rules

vx8 offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and various other sporting events. Once all bets are finalised, results cannot be amended, though exceptions may apply in certain cases.

6.1 Cancellations and Refunds

• If an event is abandoned or postponed, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• vx8 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on incorrectly published odds.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections continue with adjusted combined odds.

6.2 Maximum Payout

vx8 reserves the right to set a limit on the payout for any single bet or on a member's total payout over a given period. The member will be informed before such a limit is applied.

Casino and Gaming Conditions

All casino games available on vx8 — slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti and fishing games — are operated by certified software providers. Every game uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to keep results impartial.

7.1 Technical Errors

If a server error, disconnection or software bug produces an abnormal result in any game, vx8 reserves the right to void the relevant bet. A payout is not obligatory in such circumstances.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vx8 platform, and any violation may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Using software or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Submitting false identity information or documents.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to vx8 systems.
• Using stolen financial information belonging to a third party.

Account Suspension and Closure

vx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without providing a reason. This action is taken in particular in cases of breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or fraud.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the vx8 support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed. As part of responsible gaming, the option to set a self-exclusion or spending limit is also available.

Privacy and Personal Data

vx8 is committed to protecting members' personal data. Details of how information provided at registration and usage patterns are collected, stored and used are set out in our Privacy Policy. Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data.

10.1 Cookies and Tracking

The vx8 website uses cookies to improve the browsing experience. Accessing the platform is considered acceptance of the cookie policy. Cookie settings can be managed through your browser.

10.2 Data Sharing

vx8 may be required to share member data in order to comply with anti-money laundering regulations or in response to a lawful request from a law enforcement agency.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

vx8 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage members to play safely and within their limits. The minimum age to join this platform is 21+.

Terms & Conditions Amendments and Enforceability

vx8 reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute relating to these terms and conditions, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through the vx8 support team. If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be settled through the applicable legal process.

12.2 Entire Agreement
